Bench-Bar Symposium
On Oct. 11, 2007, the MBA presented the second annual Bench-Bar Symposium at the John Adams Courthouse in Boston
The afternoon began with Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall's Annual Address to the Legal Community. The program also featured a two-part panel discussion segment based on the crucial issue of jury communication, with questions and answers at the end. MBA President David W. White Jr. moderated the conversations. Both panels included two attorneys and four judges, all of the Superior Court – Hon. Peter W. Agnes Jr., Hon. Carol S. Ball, Hon. Kenneth J. Fishman and Hon. Margaret R. Hinkle.
