The MBA is pleased to make available Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall's annual address to the legal community. Marshall delivered her address as part of the MBA's Fourth Annual Bench Bar Symposium held Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the John Adams Courthouse in Boston. Marshall's address discusses the Trial Court budget crisis and its impact on the public. Following her address, the MBA presented Marshall with the Chief Justice Edward F. Hennessey Award for her decade of service as chief of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
