Pre-Closing responsibilities:
Once a loan is Approved, coordinates the Commitment Letter with attorneys and loan officer to determine appropriate documents required; and prepares closing documents as appropriate. Coordinates closing process for both in-house documents and/or with attorneys’ documents; and the lending team.
Responsibility includes final review of closing packages prior to closing for accuracy.
Orders appraisals on commercial real estate and assures reviews are done with accuracy and to ensure appraiser has conformed to the Bank's specifications in comparable valuations.
Requests environmental reports and reviews; reporting any discrepancies between report and loan agreement to loan officer for further negotiation with customer.
Maintains the commercial closing database to ensure timely changes and updates are made.
Prepares boarding sheets for servicing to book the loan on the Fiserv system.
Performs legal review of documentation, preparing for booking the closed loan and quality review of systems for accurate entry. Performs quality review of system booking and adds other components beyond monetary transaction.
Post-Closing responsibilities:
Performs review on closed loan packages for legal and compliance conformity; and clears any contingency issues.
Assist in the portfolio maintenance as requested from time to time including:
Coordinates the Lending On-Boarding efforts for new accounts.
Responsible for implementing the Commercial Loan imaging system.
Provides administrative support; including board reports, general research and special projects.
Oversees all aspects of Floorplan management; ensuring purchase and sales agreements are accurate, advances conform to agreements, secure collateral/title.
Responsible for tracking and filing UCC continuations
