Sharon Attorney seeking opportunities

MBA members,
I am a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth who has worked in insurance and
financial services since graduating from Suffolk Law School in 1993. I have
worked in compliance, legal and business roles in these industries. I am
interested in joining a law firm or perhaps working on a contract basis in
estate planning, business law, probate, elder law and/or real estate law. These
are areas that I perceive as having a bright future in terms of career and
business prospects. Although I am open to corporate opportunities in
financial services, my thought is that there may be opportunities in smaller or
mid-size law firms in which to gain experience and contribute in the above
mentioned areas for the right organization i bring to the table several
years of business and life experience as well as legal experience having served
as in-house counsel supporting Corporate Compliance as well as the Corporate
Foundation for a major Bank in Boston. I also served in the role of
Product Attorney for a major insurer for five years. Finally, more recently I
worked as an attorney for a major privately held asset manager negotiating
investment management agreements as well as Non-disclosure agreements with
institutional clients and consultants. I have developed skills over the
years in contracts negotiation, provision of legal services and client
