CLE

Advancing your career

The MBA's educational programs focus on recent case law, new legislation, emerging legal trends, new rules of practice and procedure, transitioning attorneys and issues of law practice management. Each year, approximately 80 courses are offered on significant trends and topics that highlight essential programs that will benefit attorneys and their practice. These course offerings appeal to attorneys working in varied areas of the law and take place at venues throughout the state. Most programs include written materials and qualify for three hours of CLE credit.

NOTE: Massachusetts is one of the few non-mandatory CLE states. There is no continuing legal education requirement for attorneys in Massachusetts. The Massachusetts Bar Association is an accredited sponsor of CLE in New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and New York. If you need CLE credit in another state for your attendance at an MBA CLE program, we can provide you with a certificate of attendance for filing in that jurisdiction. Forms certifying attendance are made available on the day of the program.

For more information or questions, please contact CLE Coordinator Andrew Gorman.
