Start Your Marketing and Business Development
This two-hour workshop is the fourth in a series on starting or jump-starting
your law practice.
The client experience is at the heart of a successful law firm. The fourth
and final chapter of this series will show participants how to use the client
experience to design and implement a marketing strategy that attracts the
clients to the experience of working with a particular lawyer and firm in
contract to the few clients who are only looking for an impersonal transaction.
We will examine and analyze what happens (in their hearts and minds) at
different stages the legal services decision-making process. Participants will
learn what to do and start planning to influence the decision-making of a
potential client or group of clients.
This will conclude our four-part workshop series that
combines traditional tools, including business plans, marketing plans and
check-lists, with more innovative tools, such as visual facilitation and
imagery, to help you develop and leverage an entrepreneurial mindset. Attendees
are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
