The Massachusetts Bar Association and The Institute
for Legislative and Governmental Affairs at the Western New England
University School of Law are co-sponsoring a free Alimony Reform Panel at the school
on Nov. 18 from 1-5 p.m. Registration is required.
The panel will include members of the alimony reform legislative task force,
who will provide insights into every detail of the bill, its approval process
and what it means for practitioners. This will be the only Western Mass.
opportunity to hear directly from members of the task force, who wrote the new
law, and to have your questions answered. Attorney Ellen Randle of Bulkley,
Richardson and Gelinas LLP will monitor questions.
