In August, 2010, Gov. Deval Patrick changed key portions of foreclosure law in Massachusetts that are required knowledge for all attorneys working in the real estate field. Whether you represent the borrower, the lender, a homeowner or a tenant, the information in this seminar is important for your practice.

This is the first seminar the Massachusetts Bar Association will offer in our series “Education for Attorneys Who Represent Individuals Facing Foreclosure.” The remainder of the series will be offered On Demand only, but all of the courses will be FREE.
