MBA On Demand

Practical Advice on Handling Construction Contracts

Mistakes in contract terms, or specifications, can cause tremendous problems if parties proceed with a differing understanding of their respective rights and responsibilities. The law imposes certain obligations into construction contracts, regardless of what the parties’ agreement says, and in many instances, these terms can trump the parties’ agreement.

This program addresses those obligations that Massachusetts law reads in – or out – of every construction contract, and offers practical suggestions on how to handle these issues.
