Lee J. Gartenberg has been the Director of Inmate Legal Services for the Middlesex Sheriff’s Office since 1982. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice Section provides a forum for all criminal practitioners -- defense and prosecution -- to exchange ideas, experiences and positions. This results in well-balanced education programs and legislative review. This shared perspective also enhances the MBA’s ability to effectively represent the criminal litigation bar as a whole.
