Brian D. Bixby practices at Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston, where he concentrates on estate planning, fiduciary administration and probate court litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

Taxation Law

The Taxation Section reviews and suggests legislation; provides educational services to the section and the bar; and serves as the liaison between the section membership and the MBA House of Delegates.
