The Elder Law Education Program matches attorneys with senior service-related agencies to discuss topics such as Medicare/Medicaid, health care proxies, probate issues and more.

New Orleans Legal AssistanceThe MBA partnered with New Orleans Legal Assistance (NOLAC) in 2008 to assist in providing free legal aid on behalf of Gulf Coast residents who want to challenge decisions of FEMA terminating rental assistance benefits or seeking recoupment (repayment) of assistance monies previously paid.
