Veterans Benefits Appeal Pro Bono Program
If you are a veteran, or a family member of a veteran,
struggling with a state appeal with the Massachusetts Department of
Veterans' Services and/or a federal benefits appeal to the U.S.
Department of Veterans' Affairs, the MBA can help. Every Monday
(except holidays) from 3 to 5 p.m., law students are available to
screen incoming calls from veterans who have questions regarding a
possible appeal. If eligible, a veteran may be matched with a
volunteer attorney that will assist with their appeal―for FREE.
