DESCRIPTION:PLD13: Seminar with On Demand\nProbate litigation matters often involve complex family situations in which emotions often run high. Join a group of mediators who specialize in mediating probate matters. Two are former probate court judges and one is a law school professor\, who teaches trusts and estates\, but also is an experienced mediator and leading authority on the use of mediation to resolve will and trust disputes. Led by a probate litigator\, the panel will discuss: \n \n   What works and does not work in mediating probate litigation matters\;   What the mediators need from the attorneys to make the mediation   successful\; and   How to handle the family dynamics of probate litigation cases.
