Welcome to the November 2010 issue of the Law Practice
Management Section newsletter. Our newsletter will help keep you
informed about the Section's activities, including information
about CLE programs, meetings, hot legal developments and other
section news.
The council is the governing body for this section and is
responsible for reviewing and proposing policy positions,
reviewing and commenting on legislation, preparing articles for MBA
publications, and putting on educational programs. As a member of
the Law Practice Management Section, you consider this section an
important benefit of belonging to the MBA because it directly or
indirectly impacts your area of practice. In order for the
council to enhance that value for you, we would like your input as
to what you feel is important to you in your practice. Let us know
