LPM Tip

Do you use the Snapshot Tool?
For anyone using Adobe Acrobat 9, there is an incredibly useful
(and powerful) tool called the Snapshot Tool.
Here is a screenshot of the tool:

You can use the Snapshot Tool to select ANYTHING in an Acrobat
file, take the Snapshot of the selected area, and then simply paste
that selection in to a Word document.
This tool can be used in many different ways, including:
- Copying accident scene diagrams out of police reports and
pasting them into demand letters;
- Copying handwritten notes in medical records into a medical
chronology or a deposition outline; or
- Copying a chart in a PDF and pasting it in to any document
without having to muck around with formatting tables.
