Inspiring sticky notes

When planning for the new year, try something new.

Instead of writing your plans on your computer or a notepad, get some 20x23 inch stickie notes and some colored markers.  Gather a few colleagues and brain storm your plans on the giant paper. List your goals (even the ones that feel slightly out of reach), projects you want to work on, unproductive business practices you would like to avoid and people you want to connect with.

Hang these notes where you see them regularly and let them inspire and guide you through the new year.
