Massachusetts Data Privacy Law goes into effect March 1, 2010; MBA sponsors free conference covering all aspects of compliance Wednesday, Jan. 27
The long-awaited Massachusetts Data Privacy Law is set to go
into effect March 1, 2010.
If you're sweating now, there is still time make good on that New
Year's resolution: there is still time to take a crash course on
compliance.
The MBA, in association with the Massachusetts Law
Office Management Assistance Program (LOMAP) and Catuogno Court
Reporting is sponsoring the first-ever Massachusetts Data
Privacy Conference. The day-long program will be held at the
Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place on Wednesday, Jan. 27 and will
feature panelists drawn from government agencies, private industry
and the non-profit and technology sectors. Programming will
cover all aspects of regulatory and technical compliance.
