LPM Tip

In the spotlight: Turn your cursor into a highlighter
It can be difficult to effectively illuminate matter on a
computer screen when you're making a presentation, or running a
demo, or collaborating with a colleague, or going over documents
with a client . . . Well, you get the idea.
But, did you know that you can turn your cursor into a spotlight
(and then some), in order to run more effective screencasts?
For Mac users, Boinx Software's Mouseposé 3 will do the trick. For Windows
users, Presentation Assistant's Presentation Pointer offers similar tools.
Certain presentation softwares, as well, including TechSmith's Camtasia, offer cursor spotlight and related
options within their suites.
*Special thanks goes to Kim Beyrent, of RocketMatter, for showing me the light, as it
were, respecting this tip.*
