Chief exports: Maneuvering Outlook contacts
From time to time, reasons arise for moving contacts out of Microsoft Outlook, whether those reasons are to
export those contacts to a direct email marketing platform or to
create mailing labels, or for whatever other motivation.
Should the need arise, this video provides step-by-step instructions
on how to export your contacts from Outlook (2007). Through this operation, you'll be able
to push your contacts (or subfolders of your contacts) to a number
of different file formats. Most people choose to export to an Excel worksheet or to a CSV file, for ease of transfer into other
programs/applications.
If you want to create address labels direct from your Outlook
(2007) contacts list, you'll be kicked to Word to do it; and, here's the rundown on how that's
accomplished.
