LPM Tip

Tips to expand your practice
- Do not hesitate to refer a case to another
attorney if it is out of your practice area, or even if it
is within your practice area, but you may be unsure of the esoteric
nature of the client's matter. Referrals among attorneys are
beneficial in that they promote collegiality with the bar and will
help you receive referrals from others.
- Consider running a paperless office -- it is
greener, will decrease costs of paper, save on file cabinet space,
on office space and on storage fees.
- Get out of your office. Network at bar
association events, attend bar association meetings, have lunch
with a colleague, meet colleagues after work, etc.
