2009-04-27: Uniform Probate Code
Article Five of the UPC goes into effect on July 1. Courts will be much more involved with guardianships and conservatorships, and the forms and process are changing drastically. There will be seminars in June on the new rules, forms and procedures. Does anyone have ideas for blog/bulletin board for ongoing questions and discussion?
