Property Law Section Council meeting minutes approved
The Property Law Section Council has approved the minutes from
the December 2011 Property Law Section Council meeting for
distribution to all section members. The approved minutes from the
section council meetings will continue to appear in the Property
Law newsletter as well as on the Property Law Section Web page.
We urge you to keep read the meeting minutes as they are a great
source of information on the issues being discussed at the section
council meetings throughout the year -- issues that are important
and essential to your property law practice. The minutes include
legislative proposals coming before the section council and
updates, cases discussed during the meeting ( i.e. NREIS case),
proposed CLE topics, upcoming webcasts and recent developments in
the practice. We also urge you to volunteer for any task forces
and/or subcommittees, which you may read about in the minutes.
