Presentations praised as "timely and in-depth"
The newly developed Valuations after Bernier v. Bernier seminar held on Nov. 15 discussed the September SJC decision that significantly influences the way that valuations of closely held businesses in the divorce context must be undertaken. 70 attorneys attended the seminar, which one attendee praised for its "helpful and timely presentations." The MBA plans on hosting the program again in Spring 2008.
