Experienced litigators already know how to conduct cost-effective discovery with paper documents. Those same principles can be directly adapted and applied to e-discovery projects, thus gaining the efficiencies of e-discovery without losing the cost-effectiveness and control of paper discovery. This program will identify the direct analogies between paper discovery and e-discovery and will show experienced litigators how to leverage their existing expertise to conduct better e-discovery. These principles can be applied even in small cases with small budgets.
