SJC Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall to deliver Annual Address at Wednesday's Bench-Bar Symposium
Oct. 22 symposium to be held at the John Adams Courthouse
The MBA is proud to present the third annual Bench-Bar Symposium to take place at the John Adams Courthouse in Boston next Wednesday, Oct. 22. Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall will deliver her Annual Address to the Legal Community at 4:30 p.m. A reception will follow the formal program.
Chief Justice for Administration and Management Robert A. Mulligan will also be presented with the 2008 Distinguished Service Award by National Center for State Courts President Mary C. McQueen. The award is one of the highest awards presented by the NCSC.
