Eco-Challenge Pledge Partner Seyfarth Shaw to serve as collection center for cell phone recycling program
Donate working and broken cell phones, batteries and accessories to the cell phone recycling program
Seyfarth Shaw, a Pledge Partner of the MBA
Lawyers Eco-Challenge, is now the fifth location in the state to
serve as a collection center for the cell phone recycling program,
which has so far collected 180 phones and 276 accessories.

The firm held its own nationwide cell
phone recycling drive, the first of its kind, in celebration of
Earth Day in April. More than 450 phones were collected from
Seyfarth offices nationwide,
including 58 phones from the Boston office that were donated to the
Eco-Challenge recycling program. The Boston office also collected
72 accessories.
Working and broken cell phones, batteries and accessories from all
service providers are accepted in conjunction with Verizon
Wireless'
HopeLine program. Cell phones can be dropped
off at the following locations:
- Seyfarrth
Shaw, Two Seaport Lane, Boston;
- MBA headquarters, 20 West St., Boston;
- MBA western Massachusetts office, 73 State St.,
Springfield;
- CLF's
Massachusetts headquarters, 62 Summer St., Boston; and
- The Green Roundtable's NEXUS Green Building
Resource Center, 38 Chauncy St., 7th Floor, Boston.
Sign the MBA Lawyers Environmental Pledge to
participate in the MBA Lawyers Eco-Challenge. By signing the
pledge, lawyers agree to do their best to adhere to the MBA's Green Guidelines, Office Management
and/or Green Guidelines, Landscape
Management.
