Advisory Committee accepting federal district court applications

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy has announced that the Advisory Committee established to recommend candidates for U.S. attorney and U.S. marshal will also recommend candidates for the vacant seat on the federal district court. The Advisory Committee is accepting applications for the next 30 days and is chaired by MBA Past President Michael E. Mone.
