Workplace Investigations: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Luncheon roundtable (lunch provided)
Course #: LEE09 / Wednesday, April 8, noon–2 p.m.
MBA, 20 West St., Boston

Sexual harassment, Sarbanes-Oxley violations and on-the-job discrimination are the sorts of complaints workplace investigations are tackling. Our expert panel members have served as advocates, workplace investigators and as experts critiquing investigations by others.

Join us for a lively, interactive roundtable discussion. Our panelists will guide you through an array of issues including: what employers’ counsel need to know in order to make sure investigations are done right; and what employees’ lawyers need to know to effectively challenge deficient investigations.

Bring your own questions and suggestions, and feel free to share ideas and experiences from cases in which you guided, resisted, defended or opposed workplace investigations.
