Newly redesigned Lawyers Journal and the latest edition of Massachusetts Law Review now available

Introducing the redesigned Lawyers Journal

The MBA debuts the new look and feel of its Lawyers Journal with the September/October 2009 issue, now available online. The print issue will be arriving in members' mail early next week.

Thanks to valuable member feedback, Lawyers Journal has been redesigned and reorganized to better meet member readership needs. The September/October 2009 issue features a profile on new MBA President Valerie A. Yarashus and a feature article detailing the great lengths to which legal services groups are going to make up for severe budget shortfalls.

It also includes:

  • A Q&A with Superior Court Chief Justice Barbara J. Rouse on the court's 150th anniversary;
  • News about the creation of the MBA Task Force on Peremptory Challenges; and
  • Information about the FTC's Red Flags Rule.
