New Massachusetts Law Review available
The volume 92, number 4, issue of Massachusetts Law
Review was mailed this week to members. Articles include:
- "Civil Sanctions Revisited: The Unfinished Business;"
- "Third-Party Standing to Challenge Identifications in
Massachusetts;" and
- "The Law of Humanity: Tracing the History of Animal Welfare Law
in Massachusetts, and Anticipating the Next Step."
Also included in the issue are
