Special issue of Massachusetts Law Review commemorates Superior Court’s 150th anniversary
The new Massachusetts Law Review is a special issue
honoring the 150th anniversary of the Superior Court
with an assortment of articles, essays and reflections,
including:
- An essay on the creation of the court by Chief Justice Barbara
J. Rouse;
- An article on the evolution of discovery in Massachusetts;
- A brief history of African-Americans on the Superior Court;
and
- An overview of courtroom drama that inspired works of
fiction.
