MBA Delegation attends ABA Mid-Winter Meeting
The MBA Delegation to the American Bar Association House of
Delegates recently participated in the ABA's mid-winter meeting in
Orlando, Florida. MBA ABA Delegates include:
- Young Lawyers Division Chair-elect Kyle R. Guelcher;
- MBA Past President Roy A. Hammer;
- Paul W. Lee;
- Josephine A. McNeil;
- Catherine E. Reuben;
- MBA President-elect Denise Squillante; and
- MBA Past President Richard C. Van Nostrand.
The Delegation was successful in obtaining approval of
recommendations related to homeless youth, veterans services and
copyright law, and learned about ABA initiatives to support unemployed and under-employed lawyers.
