The Massachusetts Bar Association's Construction Law Committee
is pleased to present a "Meet the In-House Counsel" open meeting on
Wednesday, July 27 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the MBA, 20 West St.,
Boston.
Attend and hear firsthand from in-house counsel as they share
their professional and management experiences. The open meeting
will take place from 4 to 4:30 p.m., followed by a Q&A session
with in-house counsel from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Topics include:
- Key legal and strategic issues facing in-house counsel;
- In-house perspective on how the current recession has affected
the practice of law;
- Industry trends - on both legal and business issues; and
- Common traits in-house counsel find most - and least -
appealing in their outside counsel.
