Civil Litigation and Young Lawyers Division host free legal lunch on demonstrative evidence
The Civil Litigation Section and Young Lawyers Division hosted
Part III of the Legal Lunch Series on May 16. The series, geared
toward civil litigators of all experience levels, provides
attendees with an opportunity to participate in a discussion of
selected areas of law or practice in a collegial setting.
The May program focused on how to effectively use
demonstrative evidence, including 3D animation, timelines, medical
illustrations and maps and diagrams, to successfully litigate
matters. Guest speakers included Brian J.
Carney, Esq., of WIN Interactive Inc. and Austin
J. Freeley, Esq., of the Law Offices of Austin J.
Freeley. Courtney Shea, of Looney & Grossman LLP and
Craig Levey, Esq. of Bennett & Belfort PC moderated the
