Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, Boston, has announced the re-election of Andrew M. Pearlstein to the firm's Executive Committee. Pearlstein is a member of the business services department and concentrates his practices in banks, financial institutions and real estate.
Foley Hoag, Boston, has announced Barbara S. Hamelburg will join the firm as a partner in the litigation department. Hamelburg has a background in healthcare, complex business litigation and employment litigation.
Dennis J. Berry of Wayland has been promoted to the position of secretary of the corporation and director of licensing for the National Fire Protection Association. Berry's new responsibilities at the NFPA will include compliance with all corporate filing requirements as well as policy relating to copyrights, trademarks, licenses and other royalty arrangements.
Maureen Brodoff, of Newton, has been promoted to vice president and general counsel of the National Fire Protection Association. Brodoff will have responsibility of overall legal affairs and participate in management activities of the NFPA.
