Lawyers Journal

And the survey says …

The Lawyer Referral Service is seeking members' input to improve its benefits, programs and services. Watch for our Member Survey in your mailbox this month. Please take a moment to complete the survey, because your feedback is important in creating an effective program for the membership and the public.
During the past year the LRS Committee and staff have worked together to offer new benefits and services to both the panel members and the public. As the LRS continues to grow in membership, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our program. An increasing number of people are becoming more aware of the LRS and all of our public service programs through our Web site, http://www.MassLawHelp.com, and our enhanced advertising in the Yellow Pages, as well as our venture into the radio market.
The LRS is a wonderful resource for both the public and practitioners, and we are striving to increase our presence in both markets.
The survey, which asks questions about the current program and its future, will help us set new program goals and objectives. The survey will be completely confidential and anonymous. We ask that all LRS members complete the survey quickly and honestly so we can begin assessing your answers as soon as possible. If you have any questions or comments about the survey, call Elizabeth O'Neil, director of Public Services, at (617) 338-0560 or
