The Probate and Family Court is hiring law clerks for the 2003-2004 term. The clerkships provide an opportunity for motivated law students who will graduate in Spring 2003 and for attorneys to become familiar with probate and family law and procedures and to improve research and writing skills. Prior judicial clerkships or course work, internships/co-ops or employment in the area of probate and family law are viewed favorably, but are not required. Applications must be postmarked by Sept. 30. To obtain an application or to learn more about the clerkship program, contact Alicia Doherty, chief law clerk, at (617) 788-6650.
