Casemaker free trial for April is a winner for new and current MBA members

During April, anyone can try Casemaker and see for themselves what the excitement is about.

Simply by logging into www.MassBar.org/freecasemaker, your friends and colleagues who aren't yet MBA members can use the MBA's exclusive online legal research library for the month - as much as they need, as often as they want - completely free. That means they pay nothing to access Casemaker's easily searchable, continually updated database of state and federal case law, statutes and regulations.

And after they've tried Casemaker, MBA members can earn rewards by recruiting them as new members. It's a win, win proposition. Newcomers get free legal research, and you earn special prizes, such as MBA program discounts, special gifts - even lunch with the MBA President! (The MBA's Recruit-A-Member program - and the free trial offer - are good only through April 30.)

As an added incentive to potential new members, the April free-trial offer leads directly into the MBA's annual "16-for-12" promotion, which gives a new member up to four bonus months of membership for their first year's dues payment.

As an MBA member, you probably already know the great value of Casemaker. It can eliminate or dramatically cut your legal research costs with its anytime/anywhere, free online access. But you also know that Casemaker is exclusive to MBA members - meaning this unique benefit is available only for MBA members.

And Casemaker keeps adding value. Recently, several new features were added, including:

•  Casecheck Æ - shows a later case cite and the name of the case immediately below the citation;

•  Next/previous hit button - eliminates scrolling through a document for highlighted terms;

•  Supreme Court opinions and U.S. Circuit Court rulings - recent opinions are now included in the federal library;

•  Ethics opinions - Coming soon … our new 50-state ethics opinion library.

So tell your colleagues to try Casemaker today. It really is legal research that pays for itself!
