Incorporated in 1911, the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) is a non-profit organization that serves the legal profession and the public by promoting the administration of justice, legal education, professional excellence and respect for the law. A voluntary association, the MBA represents a diverse group of attorneys, judges and legal professionals across the commonwealth.
“I joined the MBA because I saw membership as an indispensable part of my professional identity. But now I belong to the MBA because I've learned it's not just an organization, but a community of visionary, intelligent, welcoming individuals whose collective heart is in exactly the right place. I've gained more than contacts and credibility. I've become good friends with some great people. The MBA exemplifies the character we, and the public, want to see in lawyers and I'm proud to be part of it.”
