This free seminar and reception will present a panel of superior court judges discussing their practices and preferences on a variety of civil pretrial and trial issues. The seminar will be followed by a networking reception for all attendees and members of the judiciary.

Space is limited. To reserve a seat for the program please register in advance. To present questions in advance of the seminar for consideration by the moderator for inclusion in the program forward to Marc A. Dā€™Antonio at mdantonio@massbar.org. Specific topics will include:

  • What do jurors like;
  • What do judges dislike;
  • How do I settle this case;
  • Civility, not sanctions; and
  • Practice tips: Discovery/ Motion Practice/Trial.
