Designing a Law Firm Structure for Profitability

This two-hour workshop is the third in a series on starting or jump-starting your law practice.

In this presentation and workshop, participants will learn how to create and use a business plan so that their efforts result in a profitable law firm. They will learn the innovative thinking behind management, marketing, finance, and technology today that can be the difference between working hard and creating a profitable law firm.

We continue our four-part workshop series that combines traditional tools, including business plans, marketing plans, and check-lists, with more innovative tools, such as visual facilitation and imagery, to help you develop and leverage an entrepreneurial mindset.
