The debate continues: has arbitration become as expensive and needlessly prolonged as litigation? Join us for a panel discussion that will examine factors that could challenge the promise of a fair and efficient arbitral process.

The discussion will include a look at:

  • Procedures for the pre-hearing disclosure of evidence
  • How evidence is introduced at the merits hearing
  • How objections to the admissibility of evidence are handled
  • Varying practices in application of the rules of evidence
  • Different approaches to time limitations

Audience participation will be encouraged throughout the program.
