Non-Disclosure Agreements and Non-Compete Agreements


The Massachusetts Bar Association concludes its three-part "Lifecycle of a Business" series on May 18, with a two-hour program on non-disclosure and non-compete agreements. At this program, you will learn about the laws and regulations governing these agreements. Given the potential legal changes pertaining to these agreements, the program will highlight the potential impacts on businesses.


The Lifecycle series is intended to give business practitioners a brief, high-level overview of the specific legal areas typically encountered in the representation of a business enterprise.
