Operations Management

The Practice Launch Pad Series is an accelerated 10-week boot camp presented by the Massachusetts Bar Association, in conjunction with the Massachusetts Law Office Management Assistance Program. It is designed for recent graduates and bar exam takers who are searching for a job, thinking about starting their own firm or planning to start their own law firm after admission to the bar.

Week four of the Practice Launch Pad Series will focus on operations management. When it comes to tackling a case, preparation beats winging it every time. The same goes for the way you run your practice. Learn how to run your practice more efficiently and cost effectively by developing the systems necessary to perform tasks, from consultations to filing pleadings. Learn about the latest research on this topic and how to employ its findings in your practice in this informative program.
