The Massachusetts Probation Service provides this program as an overview of GPS monitoring in Massachusetts, with information relevant to prosecutors and defense attorneys alike. Topics will include:

  • A summary of the monitored population
  • Effective conditions for behavior modification
  • How Probation responds to violations

The program also covers the types of available information generated by the monitoring system, and how and when that information can be shared. Ample opportunity will be allotted for attendees to ask questions of our experts.

This program qualifies for 2 hours of CPCS CLE credits for the adult criminal trial panel.
