Navigating the Law while Using Drones in the Health Care Sector

Think about this scenario: A hospital receives a notification from a first responder who has just found out about a serious rock slide in the treacherous mountains about 35 miles from the hospital. The roads are blocked, and there seems to be no way to quickly reach the injured. It’s also unclear how many are injured and what their needs are, and ground vehicles cannot reach the site until the debris is cleared. What can you do? How about a drone operator?
