Are you interested in learning about the Fiduciary Litigation Session (FLS) held in the Probate and Family Court? This 90-minute program will offer a comprehensive overview of the basics of the FLS, followed by a wine and cheese reception with faculty members. The program will leave you confident in your grasp of the procedural requirements for gaining access to the FLS.

During this program, you will learn about:

  • The background, creation and vision of the FLS
  • Standing Order 2-17
  • The procedural requirements to get a case reassigned to the FLS
  • Practice pointers

Who should attend?
Members of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and the Boston Bar Association (BBA) with either little to no probate background, or many years of experience, will find this program worthwhile.
