The deposition of a corporation requires significant
preparation, both for the party taking the deposition and for the corporate
designee preparing to be deposed. This program will feature experienced
practitioners discussing all aspects of a Rule 30(b)(6) corporate deposition,
from drafting the deposition notice and preparing the designees to testify, to
taking the deposition and defending the deposition. We will also examine how to
use the Rule 30(b)(6) deposition transcription at trial.
