The deposition of a corporation requires significant preparation, both for the party taking the deposition and for the corporate designee preparing to be deposed. This program will feature experienced practitioners discussing all aspects of a Rule 30(b)(6) corporate deposition, from drafting the deposition notice and preparing the designees to testify, to taking the deposition and defending the deposition. We will also examine how to use the Rule 30(b)(6) deposition transcription at trial.

A special pricing rate of $80 is available for members of the Bar Association of Norfolk County, the Essex County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. To register, please contact MBA Member Services at (617) 338-0530.
