A Roundtable with the MCAD General Counsel

On Jan. 14, 2019, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) issued draft procedural regulations, which present several significant substantive and procedural developments. Notable proposals include a provision that relates to the equitable tolling of the statute of limitations, modification of pre-determination discovery practice, and the creation of a more streamlined administrative and investigative process.

This is your opportunity to raise questions, concerns and otherwise discuss the draft regulations with MCAD General Counsel Constance McGrane in an informal, “roundtable” setting.

Immediately following the presentation, join Labor & Employment Section Council leaders for a networking lunch to learn more about the section’s plans and initiatives. Come and share your ideas for the next association year. Lunch will be provided by the MBA.
